I am a real estate investor living in the Charlotte Steele Creek area. I am an engineer for a large energy company during the day while running my real estate business on the side. I am interested in buy and hold, fix and flips, and learning other real estate avenues to create a diverse portfolio.

I work full time for the railroad and have always had an interest in flipping and buy/hold. I'm a Marine Corps veteran and hold a BA in economics. I would like to get into real estate investing in the Atlanta area. I'm very willing to learn and would like to find a local mentor.
