I originate, evaluate and close opportunities that make sense. Currently, I do this as Sr Account Manager for ACC Mortgage in Rockville MD. A private lender for real estate opportunities.

Retired engineer - have done 3 properties - buy and hold. Would like to do some flips. My biggest problem is finding deals. I'd like to master flips then move on to wholesaling. Thanks for any help you can provide.
