I am a multifamily real estate investor and recently secured a duplex in St. Paul under contract. I plan to occupy one of the units and use the other as a Short Term Rental unit (Airbnb, VRBO). I'm excited to meet other BiggerPockets members with experience in STRs and Airbnb!
