Retired, but was involved in Real Estate for over 25 years. I have done Property Management for one of the largest West Coast companies in the 70's, in the 80's did extensive work with investors buying apartment buildings in Dallas and Houston, Texas. Also, created a Equity Sharing Program during the 80's residential housing slump.
