I am currently new to real estate and looking to rapidly grow. I am a builder now for a company out of Houston. I am interested in land development for SFH or MF, also I am trying to acquire some duplexes or other multifamily properties for my portfolio. I would love to partner with motivated investors who are ready to do some deals now.
