We are a Contracting company in Virginia and Tennessee. We often find great deals on undeveloped land such as farms timber and recreational land. This is great for hands off investments no tenets to manage and buildings to be damaged. Most of the farms we lease back on annual contract's. We are a wholesaler and buy direct from owners.
