I'm just starting out in real estate investing and looking to build a business as a real estate investor. I have not had any deals yet but hoping to change that soon.

I'm a construction union #264 worker who has worked in the construction field for 16 yrs. Also, over the yrs I have worked with numerous contractors electricians, plumbers, and roofers etc. As of now I am currently building my rehab team to help flip my houses and quickly get them on the market to be sold ASAP!
