I began this journey by mistake,started saving for a down payment on a house. Finding out california is expensive I look for alternative ways on buying a house with no strings attached (hate owing money),so then I attended a tax delinquents auctions in Los Angeles,which I didn't get anything but I did learn a ton of stuff and save more money....
