I've worked for a real estate agent, bookkeeping for an investor, and done a lot of reading, but currently a novice....
So I am a licensed real estate agent but I'm not "that guy." Quite frankly I don't like the way most real estate agents act, treat people, or run their businesses. That is really why I got into the business...to disrupt the status quo and do things they way they ought to be done and not just the way they've always been done.
