Just starting out. Getting my feet wet. Have never done a single real estate transaction. But just found two builder-ready 10,000sq ft, lots and 3 fixer-up houses from motivated sellers that I just emailed a response to just minutes ago. With no experience, I'll probably blow it but any experience is valuable when you are learning.
