I'm new to investing in real estate for profit. I have bought, remodeled and sold houses as I need a place for myself and family to live and why not fix it up to make a bit more before selling? I also had a rental in Az and we all know how that went in 2008. I am here to learn and share what l lean as I go down road of real estate investing.
