I guess the reason I'm more interested now is because I'm about to graduate from school and embark on a lucrative career. My goal is to invest the mass majority of my earned income and convert it into passive income.
I'm a full time Firefighter in Baltimore. I have a lot of time off every week and decided to try my hand at wholesaling and rehabbing. I started this llc and now I'm trying to get some of this money in the real estate business.
I have spent the last few months researching the market and industry while getting my license and building my local RE Network. This is the beginning of a life long goal I've had to get into the housing industry and I'm very excited to do that in the downtown Raleigh market!
