I'm 30 year old single guy looking for a way to become financially independent. I currently have a solid middle class income but it's just not enough. I have around 40k in debt, and my parents are nearing retirement age but are still in a mountain of debt themselves. I need to make something happen.

My name is Margaret Morgan. My husband and I mostly wholesaled properties in Tampa, Fl though we also rehabbed a few and sold or held,We did very well from 2002-2008 and then we pretty much lost everything. Now we live in Douglasville, Ga. and want to get into whole-saleing again.
