I have seen ads on tv, hear ads on the radio about making money on real state without using your money or your credit,, and at my age I need to do something that can help me retire soon

I'm 21 years old, have no experience with real estate besides my dad being a small time landlord. My priority now is to focus on real estate and get a real understanding of it to the point i can teach others.
