I am a veteran and also a licensed loan officer for the state of Connecticut and Massachusetts. I have a LLC that I have started with my partner and I would like to start buying rental properties. I joined this site to learn from other professionals looking to share knowledge and learn as well!
I haven't done my first deal yet but I'm looking to change that in the next 12 months! I'm learning everything I can until I find a good first deal and I'm itching to dive in!
We (my wife and I) have been learning as much about real estate as possible through real estate organizations, books and other sources. We have tons of energy and enthusiasm and are excited about the journey ahead! Glad to be part of this organization and I look forward to learning from the vast experience here.
About a year studying the market, a year and a half studying books, listening to all things bigger pockets and hoping to buy my first property soon!
