I am just getting started in investing and am interested in building a retirement income through buy and hold properties. I grew up around real estate in Florida, and now work as a City Planner. I am interested in self storage, mobile home parks, lease options. I own and manage one 3/2 rental property.

Hello! I am here just to learn a little more and hopefully receive good tips and pointers in real estate investing. I am still fairly young and would like to do this before I reach an age of not wanting the hassles that can come along with investing in real estate.
