I am looking to star my business in real estate. At this time I will like to be able to find a mentor who is looking for someone who they can take under and teach the ins and outs of the business. I have spend my past few years saving to be able to star a income business and believe real estate is the best route.
I am within 10 years of retirement. Twenty years ago I bought, sold and rented a number of properties (less than 10). I got away from the business for what I thought would be more profitable business, I was wrong. I enjoyed real estate and would like to get back into it, with more and better information.
I am a beginning investor who has done a couple buy and holds in the past and am now looking get into flipping. Eager to learn and determined to succeed!
