I’ve been investing in rental properties with low to no money down since 2020. I became a real estate agent in 2025. I currently own 9 properties and manage 27 properties total. I have a combination of LTRs as well as STRs. I’m currently living in my second live and flip. Investing in real estate, crypto, and precious metals.
Just returned back to the states from living abroad the past 3 years. Built a portfolio of 13 units while overseas and already hit the ground running with growing our investments. We are focusing on brrrr and flips at the moment - looking to grow in the multi family space soon.
