New to Real Estate
Im a 9-5 professional trying to get my real estate business going. My experience in real estate is not much, bought few houses, remodel and rent. My goal is to continue add houses to rent but in a more professional level.

I'm 36 years old and live in Poway, CA. I work in IT and have been in the computer industry for over 10 years. I realize that I need to have a plan to sucure my future and investing in Real Estate seems to be the way to go.
