I'm young with a 6 year old and looking to better our lives. I have no experience in real estate. However, I tried to purchase a mobile home but I didn't have the man power to fix it up. We didn't break even. And haven't tried since. I want to prosper but I have little connections, but all the interest.
I retired at age 39 and have been devoting my time entirely to my investments and homeschooling my two girls (ages 5 and 7). This new chapter is exciting, challenging, yet rewarding. The most important lesson that I've learned so far is that "the water is just fine - dive in!!"
