I am 26 years old and work as a construction inspector in the Canadian Oil Sands. I am a third generation trailer park developer and have 4 rental units. I am married and have two children. My corporation is MacTavish Developments Ltd.
I have owned 2 businesses in the past (car wash and high end salon), and I'm ready to invest on what will REALLY allow me to retire early so I can spend more time with my family and in an industry that I love - real estate. I'm looking to buy and hold. I'm also interested in partnerships.
