I am a current Project Manager for a General Contractor that focuses on commercial construction. I would like to get into flipping houses and also acquiring rental properties for passive income. I am finding the first step in building capital is Wholesaling properties and would like to build up my contact list.
Recently begun to follow a program to be a wholesaler in residental properties in the communities east of Atlanta GA. Being here is part of the education process at this point.
I am retired from the insuance business. I am also a fine artist mostly animal portrait but also paint landscapes. The medium I use is oil on canvas.
