Building My Private Money Lender List – Looking to Connect

Building My Private Money Lender List – Looking to Connect

Hey BP fam,

I’m working on building a solid list of Private Money Lenders (PMLs) to connect with for future real estate deals. My goal is to create strong, win-win relationships where lenders feel secure and borrowers can move quickly on opportunities.

I know trust and transparency are everything in this space, so I’m taking the time to vet each connection carefully and make sure it’s a good fit on both sides. If you’re a lender, or you know someone who is actively looking to place capital in real estate deals, I’d love to connect.

I’m based in Phoenix, AZ, but I’m open to relationships that go beyond my local market as well.

Drop me a message or comment if you’d like to chat. Thanks!

Hey Gary, great post — I really respect the way you’re approaching this by focusing on trust and transparency. I run Summit Partner Lending, a concierge-style lending partner built for investors who need speed, clarity, and strong deal support. We work nationwide, and our goal is exactly what you mentioned: creating win-win relationships where borrowers can move fast and lenders feel confident their capital is secure. Would love to connect and learn more about the types of deals you’re working on in Phoenix (and beyond). You can also check us out at summitpartnerlending.com. Let’s see if we can start building something solid together.

Hi Jackie, I have some time tomorrow morning if that works for you. I will be leaving town tomorrow for the rest of the week. If it's easier I could always contact you early part of next week when I get back. Whatever works best for you.

Good Morning Jackie, thank you for responding. I am actually just starting out on this venture and don’t have any deals in the pipeline yet. My vision is to have a list of a few lenders as well as a list of borrowers that need funding for their deals/projects. I just want to make sure they have been vetted beforehand so we all can trust and know that our interests are secure. I am basically a connector as I know plenty of lenders and plenty of borrowers. It sounds like we have the same goals in mind and I would love to connect with you and be able to work together. My website is under construction but for now you can use my personal email for any further contact. gary4356@ yahoo.com Thank you Jackie, I look forward to hearing from you.
