Hi! I'm Jason. My wife and I started with a triplex in Tacoma WA. We primarily focus on renting to young professionals by the room (single room occupancy). Currently have five units, 22 rooms/tenants. I also manage a few other properties on the side. My day job consists of owning and operating a credit card processing company, providing payment services to small and medium sized businesses. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and am passionate about investing and passive income.
