Hi my name is Rosendo, and have work in the construction field for over 30 + years span, in which I started at the age of 18, along the way I have work also as a city code enforcement officer, have rehabbed a bunch of houses, have be a custom home owner-build, around the late 80's I started investing in condemned or structurally unsound houses and I would buy, fix and sell, back in '80's I went to a hard money lender, and because that first house was in real bad condition, I was able to buy the property with no value consideration on the dwelling, however I did cut my teeth on this little house and thou I was wet behind the ears I managed to make $26,000 from what was once was a house that was out of plumb by 2 1/2 inches, gutted out shell of a house, these days I am focused on building my portfolio and retiring from the rat race of a 9-to-5
