Hey, I'm Michael. I am a CPA and full-time real estate investor in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In the last few years I have accelerated my real estate business and have purchased 340 self storage units and several SFH properties. My current focus is on wholesaling, flipping, and fix/rent houses. I am also manage my self storage and rental property portfolio.
