My 9-5 over the last 27 years has been in the Financial Services industry. Together, with my wife (a Realtor with Keller Williams), we are working to build an ongoing passive income. Our goal is to replace my W2 income with our own real estate investing business, while simultaneously revitalizing communities and neighborhoods throughout STL one house at a time.
