Grew up in West Virginia for 20 years and then moved to Central Oregon in 2009 where my wife was from . My goal is to continue to build wealth buying quality Real Estate with good Cash Flow . Currently run Smile A Mile Painting in Redmond, OR where we do both exterior and interior painting. Deals accomplished Nov 2011 purchased a SF personal home using a USDA loan.In Redmond Oregon June 2012 purchased SF Rental using owner carry contract in Bend Oregon August 2016 purchased a duplex Rental using a conventional loan in Prineville Oregon February 2017 purchased a SF lot In Redmond to build a personal home and still have great equity so we could sell our home purchased in 2011 that had 50% equity and wouldn’t cash flow at current market value . April 2017 sold personal home that was purchased in 2011 to maximize on not paying capital gains tax and collecting equity . June 2017 purchased SF home in Culver OR that we were renting so that we could build on Lot purchased in Redmond. Owner listed for sale and we had to many irons in the fire to move again. August 2017- March 2018 Built SF home on lot purchased in Redmond OR . I was able to be the General Contractor on this project and did most of the work myself to lock in 30% equity . August 2018 sold house purchased in Culver OR . June 2021 sold duplex in Prineville OR April 2023 purchased 8unit Multifamily Kennewick WA
