About myself
I have been in large scale commercial construction my professional life. I have 5 kids and a stay at home wife (one income) and I am keenly interested in adding 20 rentals and as many flips as make sense over the next 5 years. I was active as an REI several years ago but focused more on my career gong into the Great Recession. I'm only now focusing on REI again but absolutely more informed (thanks largely to BiggerPockets) than ever before.
