My journey began managing and developing large scale real estate projects totaling $1B in today's dollars and now I lead an alternative investment fund that democratizes real estate investments, focusing on providing consistent passive income through mortgage notes, and empowering both accredited and non-accredited investors with unique, accessible opportunities. My Results → In October of 2016, I founded 7e Investments and started investing in mortgage notes. → In August of 2019, I founded my first mortgage note fund and since that time have led five funds which have gone full cycle that all met or exceeded investor expecations → In February of 2022, we launched our Regulation A+ offering and received SEC qualification in July. → In October of 2022, within our first 90 days we had raised over $5M. → In October of 2024, we surpassed 700 investors and raised over $30M and have not missed an investor distribution.
