I’m just getting started with real estate after 10 years of thinking/wishing/wanting/dreaming about it. The last two years of that time has been spent absorbing tons of education from BP and others. I obviously still have lots to learn, but it’s time to get serious and start investing. While I have a W-2 job that I love, my wife left corporate America last year and is grateful to have the resource of time to help make our real estate goals a reality.
