I'm new to real estate investment and the Portland area. I've owned and renovated a few properties both in the US and overseas, all as primary residences. Through these properties and hundreds of hours on BP I've seen the potential power of RE to generate the lifestyle I seek. I will become an active buy and hold investor, focusing on BRRRR strategy SFR and small multifamilies. Currently getting a feel for this market and looking for my first investment property. I'm currently looking for others in the Portland RE market that may be able to use my skills to add value to their operation. I've performed a few renovations doing some to a lot of the work myself. I'm currently going through the process of subdividing a property in South Africa. I've run the production arm of a small manufacturing company with 15 employees. Some relevant skills that I may be able to bring to the table: project scheduling, organizing staff, technical ordering, procurement and management of subcontractors, reading technical drawings, applications for funding from the goverment, practical feedback to design team, the creation of CapEx budgets, among others. Really excited to get involved and start building a portfolio.
