I'm a full time nurse living in NYC. I constantly work 60+ hours a week and I'm searching for a way to supplement my active income to reduce my work hours and focus on my family! I've always been interested in real estate investing, but I've never wanted to be a landlord, or had time for it. I got turned on to BP from an investor I purchased a few rentals from that are going great!
