I am a military veteran currently working in the information technology field. I’m looking to do real estate in my free time to generate passive income, but have no experience. I have strong foundational knowledge investing in stocks, and mutual funds, but want to diversify my investments into small multifamily units, and fix and flips if the opportunity arises. Real Estate Goals: I wish to generate passive income (cash flow) to replace my current job and begin focusing on real estate full time. My primary focus is in multifamily units, and possibly fix and flips; maybe commercial? If I can grow beyond my current standard of living, starting a charity, or non-profit organization would be my next focus. Influencing positive change in a small community should be the goal of all wealthy individuals.
