Real Estate Goals: (Updated as a timeline)....... My goal is to own 50 units by mid 2018. My focus is on up and coming areas that are actively progressing, but still are not at full potential. My primary focus will be on value add, buy and hold investing in multi family units. For all my transactions I want to ensure that it is a perceived win for all parties... buyer, seller, and tenant. 2/13/2018 update: My goal now is to systematize my current properties so that minimum involvement is involved (after repositioning phase) and then focus on creating a property management company. 6/7/18 - 60 units currently. NEW GOAL (6/26/18): Own and operate 200 units by the year 2020. 8/4/18 - 89 Units which include 3 active flips and other multi families under contract. New Goal (Purchase 50-150 unit property within the next twelve months). 1/11/19 - 103 units (7 under contract) 2/20/19 - 110 units (99 under contract). Working on highering a team and moving more communication and systems online. 5/10/2019 -211 units (14 under contract). 6/18/2019 - 225 units (10 under contract). Have hired two full time team members and am looking to add more. NEW Goal (own 500 units by 2021). 11/2/19 - 330 units (none under contract). Still refining systems and looking to purchase larger complexes. 5/17/2020 - 404 units (about 160 more under contract). Recently completed first syndication in Kansas City MO. Currently the team for the property management consists of seven people including myself. Goal is 1000 units by mid 2021. 7/26/2020 - 502 units 9/17/2020 - 600 units and 122 under contract. 2/10/2021 -1000 units, $41 mil in LOI or under contract. 11/29/2022 Been awhile since an update. About $230 million in aum, 2600 doors, Liquid Lending Solutions lending about $20mm a year in loans.
