I am a Connecticut native now living in Coventry with my wife and three kids. As a family we are always on the hustle either at sporting events, enjoying a park or looking for our next flip. Yes, real estate investing is a team sport in my house. It's not uncommon to hear my kids debate if a house is a flip or a buy and hold. My kids decided to reference each house by a unique characteristic to keep track of the houses we have seen. My passion for real estate began at a young age when I was introduced to the game of Monopoly. One summer my sister and I played it every day for hours and I remember the feeling of acquiring property. I flipped bike parts at 8 yrs old which turned into flipping cars and now flipping houses. I own a real estate brokerage with agents in two states, hold some rental property, run an investment group and consult/coach as well. I'm always up for a conversation about real estate.
