I'm a full time Electrical Engineer, but have a strong passion for real estate. I own and manage residential and commercial MF residences in Sacramento and am actively involved in renovations/flips. The goal is to expand in Sacramento for the near future. I'm looking for residential and commercial MF opportunities in growth areas of Sacramento. I'm also looking to partner with people that are not passive, but have a strong track record, and are highly driven to succeed in this game.
