Eduardo Arteaga

I'm a positive, energetic, hard-working, fun-loving, young investor with big ambitions. My current goal is further building up my passive income to be able to support me financially while leaving my job for a year or two to go travel and explore full time. I'm also trying to hustle my way into an early retirement from my job and working just with real estate deals (buy and hold, flips, maybe vacation rentals, etc.) by age 45. Big goals but I'm willing to put in the work. :) I got started in 2008 with buying a duplex in partnership with my father. We aquired a couple of properties together then I continued with single family properties on my own later. I'm currently managing ten doors across seven properties, working on a long flip project on a ranch, and seeking a few more properties. The personal side? Cali grown. I'm from San Jose, most of my property is in Sacramento, and I currently reside in South Lake Tahoe. My spare time is spent being active, staying sporty, and adventure-seeking. My interest in BP is in building my real estate knowledge, meeting like-minded individuals to help each other spark ideas and drive towards big action. Let's go!
