Edward Espinal

A former professional musician, Edward Espinal remains passionate about music, which provides him with focus and concentration alongside his career as a successful entrepreneur and businessman. Professionally, he provides business consulting services through Cash Flow Partners, LLC, a company he founded in New Jersey in 2015. Edward Espinal also continues to provide real estate brokerage through his work at New York Realty Masters. Drawing on extensive experience in areas ranging from corporate finance to business growth, Edward Espinal seeks creative ways to assist clients in launching new endeavors and expanding existing businesses. He and his team of experts have provided more than $50 million worth of funding to a diverse clientele. He maintains a network of private and public commercial lending institutions to support his efforts. Mr. Espinal received an education in real estate at New York University. He grew up in the Dominican Republic, where he developed a love for baseball, which he now shares with his sons. He still maintains ties with his place of birth by supporting medical missions to the country through the Dr. Almanzar Foundation.
