My biggest asset is knowing to surround myself with people smarter than me. Over 7 years ago, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to move to Barcelona for work. In these last years, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I have experienced my first eye-opening real estate project in Barcelona and changed my whole career around. Experience: With My Blue Bricks we are realizing Real Estate projects with our community of investors. We are analyzing and investing in projects in the city of Barcelona and Valencia in Spain. So far, we have been investing in 40+ regular apartments, a building in the city centre of Valencia next to the central market, and transforming commercial into residential properties. With Enter Coliving we are managing up a portfolio of over 400 rooms in Barcelona and Valencia since 2019. Our goal is to double our size towards a ~1000 rooms in 2026. The goal in 2019 was to be financially free within ten years at age 38. This is achieved shorter: in 3 years at age 31. Now it is all about scaling.
