Celeste Karan

Broker with experience in residential, commercial and new construction. Specializing in energy-efficient buildings. Currently looking to put together an investment group on a project. Experience: I have been a real estate licensee since 2002 (started in IL, now in IA) and have one tenant-occupied property that was originally my primary home (and a major renovation after I bought it). I am currently constructing a new home that is designed to passive house and zero net energy standards. Real Estate Goals: I would love to pick up more rental properties in the future when my current project is finished and I've become a bit more established locally. Currently Seeking: Equity investors in need of tax credits, like-minded contacts, lively discussions.
