We bought our first distressed property at the bottom of the market at the end of 2008, and our second in 2012. Last year, we started a new company, Woodsong Property Renovation Partners, LLC, registered as a 506(b) with the SEC to work with private investors. The company currently has two properties in the pipeline (single family to 3 & 4-plex conversions), and a third on the drawing boards (aPODment concept). We're currently scouring the marketplace for new properties to add to the pipeline, and are always happy to meet new potential investors.
