I have had a professional career for over 30 years; this career can take well over 50 hours per week. I knew I wanted to invest in real estate but did not know how to go about it. It took me several years of just looking at deals before I created a plan. Once I created this plan, I started following that plan. Well, I actually got ahead of myself early on as I found more opportunities than I imagined. I have been able to manage a career, investments, a family and staying in shape.
