I deal with a lot of investors from out of my state as well out of the country. Many of them have corporate structure & legal questions that I just can not answer. I always send them to Christian because I know when they go to him they are getting attentive customer service as well as a true expert in Ohio Real Estate Law & the Cleveland Real Estate Market. On top of that he knows a thing or two about being a landlord as he owns several rental properties himself. I will continue to feel comfortable sending anyone with legal needs his way.
