An Entrepreneur at heart. I love creating and executing new projects, that’s why I have a Newly found passion for Real Estate, specially in the rehab/fix and flip, although I also like Buy and hold. My wife and I are newbies in search of our first deal. We want to do this for a living and reach financial independence and create wealth in the process. We’ve been studying and trying to learn all we can through the BP’s Podcast and reading, but I feel We will only learn the rest with real life experience. We’re in the Long Island, NY area but we want to invest in Texas or other states that are landlord friendly.
