Real Estate Investor and professional Austin Home Buyer in the greater Austin Area. I currently work in short-term residential investing, ie. fix n' flip and wholesaling. I enjoy purchasing houses in poor condition and buying distressed houses and then doing higher end remodels on homes that are typically 20-40 years old. The name of my business is I Buy Austin Houses. Experience: Fully rehabbed and flipped 100+ houses as well as wholesaling, bird-dogging, and staging for other investors. Recently have begun acquiring SFR's for buy-n-hold as well as new construction. Real Estate Goals: Desiring to rehab and flip 12-15 properties per year and wholesale 25-35 per year. With our new buy-n-hold business model, we hope to acquire 3-5 properties per year. Currently Seeking: Austin area investors that need rehab deals.
