Hello Everyone! I am new to real estate investing and looking to buy my first property to produce cash flow. I am active duty Air Force and live in Great Falls MT. My real estate experience includes purchasing our single family home in Tampa Florida that we used as our primary residence all while improving along the way. We just sold that home for a decent profit when we moved to Great Falls. I also flipped an 11 acre farm in Tennessee this year. These two deals have really given us some experience and made us realize the power of real estate investing. Now we are looking for some properties to manage and cash flow as we get into rental property investing in Great Falls MT.
