I bought my first investment property in 2001. It was not a home run, but it was a start. Since then my lovely wife (of 24 years) and I have done multiple deals with different strategies. (We give Jesus thanks for His help.) We have spent a ton over the years in paid training as well as the school of hard knocks. We currently are getting paid off of renting single family houses, flips, and own some notes. We are looking to develop more.. 1. ,Off market deals that are good enough to BRRRR and get all of our original investment back on the refinance. We also buy properties using creative finance such as Sub2 deals and owner financing. From time to time we have realtors and/ or wholesalers bring a Sub2 deal to us for a fee. Right now we are focused primarily in Texas in order to provide better service. 2. Private lenders / money partners 👍🏻 3. A Marketing genius that can take us to the next level. 4. We are open to learning new strategies… P..S We do have a company and a website. I’m simply not marketing it on Bigger Pockets at this time. I find I am more free to make post and talk freely without promoting it here. :)
