After a 30 year career in software development, I am now able to focus on real estate investing and working with clients as a real estate agent. As an investor, I follow the BRRRR strategy and to that effect I'm also registered and insured as a contractor so that I can pull permits and work on my own rehab projects. I'm the stereotypical "Lone Wolf" investor who does a little (sometimes too much) of everything themselves.
