44, married, father of four. I work as an electrical engineer and project manager during the day. I just closed on my first investment property in January 2018. Experience: I have one SFH, purchased in 2018. I've intended to pick up more, but have had several business opportunities come up and have deployed excess capital to those endeavors instead for now. I intend to get back into real estate in the coming years. Real Estate Goals: I hope to eventually have 10-12 doors, a few close to home and a few in other locals. No plans currently though.
